Bc. Ctibor Plachý

Ctibor Plachý obtained his Bachelor´s degree in Finance at the Economical Faculty of State Defense, The Military College of Land Forces. He gained experience at various positions in the field of Consulting and Advisory services in terms of Estate Management optimization and Bond portfolio management for individual investors and Councils including Sales of Financial products and services. In 1999 he started Acropolis Consulting Company, providing Guidance and Counseling services in terms of process of mergers and acquisitions of strategic and financial investors in the sphere of media – water supply, energetic/heat manufacture, waste material, IT/IS. In 2003 he set up Bioenergy Group Company, consultancy in terms of creation, management and coordination of projects in the use of biomass for energy purposes and Jesenická Biopaliva Ltd., production of standardized bio fuels and following business activities – project creation Heat from pellets – establishing of fragmented heating system on the basis of selling heat from wood pellets, as a trader of the CZECH BIOMASS TEAM establishes a pro-export company alliance dealing in complex delivery of technologies for processing and standardization and heat and electricity production technologies, overtaking responsibility for management and coordination of alliance and representation of alliance members´ interests on foreign markets, participates in preparations of a project in cooperation with the state agency Czech Trade - Austrian energetic Agency and Lower Austrian Chamber of Commerce - formation of Czech-Austrian biomass/biogas cluster, and seeking investment opportunities in the northwest of the Russian Federation in terms of acquisition of sawmill operations and possibility of works construction for the production of standardized bio fuels. In 2013 he became advisor to the Board of Directors of the Photon Energy Company and shares in managing activities in eastern and central Europe. In 2014 he became the executive of the Innovation Advisors Company, providing consultancy in financing of R&D projects and commercialization of their outputs and a member of the Board for science, research and innovation of Czech-Israeli Chamber of Commerce in the financial sphere.

Ing. Radek Levíček

Radek completed a university degree in 1988 at the Mendel University in Brno. He has a rich managerial career in local and multinational companies (in the service sector, agriculture and forestry, and industry). To the most important employers belonged EuroTel Praha, spol. s ro, leader of the telecommunications market in the Czech Republic. Here Radek worked for eleven years in sales and marketing and was involved in building and managing all distribution channels and the introduction of value-added services. In 2006 he left the position of Director of Corporate Sales and Technical Support to the company ADW Krahulov, agro-chemical holding in the Highlands to manage the holding and to build Bioethanol unit. As the CEO directed the consolidation of the holding company and the necessary change of strategy towards Bio- production and developing renewable energy sources. On the brake of 2008/2009 Radek joined the company Asseco Central Europe - the leading European provider of products and services for information technology. There to the end of 2014 year had directed the Business Unite Government and Utility, which supplied a complex IT projects for state and local governments in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and products for the needs of utility distribution companies in the Czech Republic, SK, Poland, Germany and Switzerland.

Radek knows how to manage organizations, teams, processes and projects. Throughout his managerial career he was actively involved in innovation, marketing, management and coaching in fields where they worked. Now he uses his experience as an independent business consultant in Marketing and Management, Business and Personal Coaching.
